More than five decades ago, in 1972, Onnik E. Kouyoumdjian, known to so many as Mr. Onex, founded Onex Shoes with a simple dream: to create beautiful shoes that women would truly love to wear. Coming from a family of European shoemakers, he believed that exceptional comfort, quality craftsmanship, and timeless style should never be compromised.

Those values became the heart of our company, and they have guided everything we have done ever since.

Today, after more than 50 wonderful years, our family has made the bittersweet decision to retire and close this legacy brand.
